No you do not. It is a one-time premium paid in full at closing.
Why do I need an Owner’s Policy if my lender has one?
Because, the Lender’s Policy only protects your lender.

In SC all pricing must be filed and approved by the SC Department of Insurance.
What is a title abstract?
A title abstract is a report that discloses the current ownership, easements, restrictions and liens relating to a particular property. There is no insurance afforded with just a title abstract.
